Like all other organs, human skin undergoes a natural ageing process as time passes, which is called chronological or intrinsic ageing. Genetics, hormonal changes (especially during menopause) and Collagen and Elastin decline (proteins that provide skin structure and elasticity) are some examples that can accelerate the rate of skin ageing. Furthermore, unlike many other organs, human skin is continually exposed to environmental stresses and damage, this is usually referred to as extrinsic ageing. Sun exposure (UV rays break down collagen and elastin), pollution, smoking, poor diet and dehydration as well as lifestyle factors (stress, lack of sleep, and excessive alcohol consumption) can all accelerate chronological ageing. Any damage to the collagen and elastin network can also cause stretch marks at any age. This can happen in puberty, pregnancy, rapid weight loss or gain, weight training with rapid muscle growth. Although ageing should be embraced as we get wiser, a well-ageing intimate skincare routine can prolong youthful skin in the intimate areas.

Retinol Intimate Renewing Cream (75ml)
This Retinol Intimate Renewing Cream is a non-Greasy and fast absorbing formula that combines 8 clinically proven anti-ageing ingredients for an all-in-one well-ageing treatment. Stabilised Microencapsulated Pure Retinol improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It improves skin elasticity, thickness and firmness minimising crepey and saggy skin as well as accelerating tissue repair alleviating stretch marks. Bakuchiol, the most well-known phyto-retinol, offers the same anti-ageing benefits as Retinol. It amplifies those benefits while keeping Retinol dosage within safe limits. Centella Asiatica Extract is a key element in fighting wrinkles and fine lines as well as skin repair and regeneration. It is effective in the treatment of wounds, scratches and burns and clinical research indicates that it can be used in the treatment of stretch marks. Topical Hyaluronic Acid (HA) supports hydration, firmness and elasticity making it an effective anti-ageing active. Clinical studies suggest its effectiveness in treating early stretch marks (striae rubrae). Oat Beta Glucan improves overall skin health and offers soothing, wound healing and antioxidant benefits as well as transepidermal water loss (TEWL) reduction. Continuous use of Oat Beta Glucan results in significant reduction of wrinkle depth and height, and overall roughness. White Tea Leaf Extract acts as a skin protectant conserving skin elasticity while offering antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. When applied topically, it can reduce oxidative stress by inhibiting the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals which can induce oxidation of lipids, proteins and DNA causing damage to skin cells. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) improves tissue regeneration, strengthens the skin barrier and is a strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. It reduces the progression of skin ageing and hyperpigmentation improving wrinkles, elasticity, and skin tone. CoEnzyme Q10 maintains sufficient cellular energy levels for effective tissue regeneration and offers antioxidant protection against reactive oxygen species (ROS). Together, these 8 age-defying ingredients work synergistically to fight ageing and improve Skin Texture. This is a fragrance-free cream however, due to the high concentration of herbal extracts, it has a subtle, pleasant herbal scent.
Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum (30ml)
This Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum contains a carefully selected combination of 4 Hydroxy Acids to help visibly reduce the appearance of pimples and ingrown hairs in the most sensitive areas of the body. Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) deeply penetrate into skin pores to unclog and dissolve excess oil and dead skin cells to target pimples and inflammation around ingrown hair. Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and Polyhydroxy Acids (PHAs) loosen the intercellular cement (The glue that holds the skin cells together) to allow dead skin cells to fall away. The 4 Hydroxy Acids in this formula have different molecular sizes allowing them to penetrate into different layers of the superficial part of the skin. Together they help increase the speed of skin cell turnover to clear pimples and ingrown hairs faster. Anti-inflammatory and humectant ingredients provide skin soothing and hydration and support skin’s natural barrier function.
Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel (75ml)
This Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel is specifically formulated for the sensitive skin of the feminine intimate area. It is the next generation intimate wash which is sulfate, soap and fragrance free. It contains mild cleansing agents instead to avoid striping natural lipids from the skin surface. Skin-identical Biolipids (vegetable derived) in this formula leave a protective layer after each use to strengthen the skin barrier and alleviate dryness. It also contains soothing Aloe Vera Extract and Allantoin to provide synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant benefits. The balanced pH combined with Lactic Acid ensures high compatibility with the feminine microbiome making this product gentle enough for daily use.
