Australia - $5 Flat rate shipping, or Free shipping if orders are over $70.
International Shipping available to the following
New Zealand - AUD $15 Flat rate shipping, or Free shipping if orders are over AUD $130.
Hong Kong - AUD $18 Flat rate shipping, or Free shipping if orders are over AUD $130.
Shipping Times
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse and shipped vis Australia Post.
COVID19 Update: Due to high demand Australia Post has advised that deliveries may have slight delays.
Shipping Packaging
Our shipping packaging can be reused for a second time and is compostable. Look for the instructions on the packaging when opening.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please allow up-to 3 weeks for any refunds. All refunds will be processed once the returned products are back in our warehouse.
