Intimate Age-Defying Routine (Renewing Cream, Exfoliating Serum and Cleansing Gel)
Our Intimate Age-Defying Routine includes 3 products from our intimate care range which have been specifically designed with women's wellbeing in mind.
It is designed specifically for ageing concerns on the most sensitive areas of the body such as bikini line, hair-bearing genital areas (mons pubis and labia majora) as well as thighs, buttocks and breasts.
Like all other organs, human skin undergoes a natural ageing process as time passes, which is called chronological or intrinsic ageing. Genetics, hormonal changes (especially during menopause) and Collagen and Elastin decline with age (proteins that provide skin structure and elasticity) are some examples that can accelerate the rate of skin ageing.
Furthermore, unlike many other organs, human skin is continually exposed to environmental stresses and damage, this is usually referred to as extrinsic ageing. Sun exposure (UV rays break down collagen and elastin), pollution, smoking, poor diet and dehydration as well as lifestyle factors (stress, lack of sleep, and excessive alcohol consumption) can all accelerate chronological ageing. Any damage to the collagen and elastin network can also cause stretch marks at any age. This can happen in puberty, pregnancy, rapid weight loss or gain, weight training with rapid muscle growth.
Such changes can lead to:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Crepey and saggy skin
- Stretch marks
Combining multiple clinically proven anti-ageing ingredients ensures addressing the underlying causes from different angles while consistency and patience is a must when it comes to anti-ageing treatments.
Although ageing should be embraced as we get wiser, a well-ageing intimate skincare routine can prolong youthful skin in the intimate areas.
For a simple Anti-ageing solution, we recommend following the below steps;
- Cleanse intimate skin using the Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel in the shower.
- Exfoliate using the Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum 2 times a week. Allow to dry then proceed to step #3.
- Treat by applying the Retinol Intimate Renewing Cream, massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed.
- For the remaining 5 days of the week, skip step 2 and only follow step #1 & #3.
Consistent use for at least 12 weeks and sun protection during the treatment is recommended for visible results. Topical treatment of stretch marks will have the best outcome when done on early stretch marks (striae rubrae).

Retinol Intimate Renewing Cream
Designed specifically for ageing concerns on intimate areas such as wrinkles, stretch marks, crepey and saggy skin. It is a gentle formula suitable for intimate areas such as bikini line, hair-bearing genital areas (mons pubis and labia majora) as well as thighs, buttocks and breasts.
This Retinol Intimate Renewing Cream is a non-Greasy, non-comedogenic and fast absorbing formula that combines 8 clinically proven anti-ageing ingredients to offer an all-in-one anti-ageing solution. Stabilised Microencapsulated Pure Retinol improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It improves skin elasticity, thickness and firmness minimising crepey and saggy skin as well as accelerating tissue repair alleviating stretch marks. Bakuchiol, the most well-known phyto-retinol, offers the same anti-ageing benefits as Retinol. It amplifies those benefits while keeping Retinol dosage within safe limits. Centella Asiatica Extract is a key element in fighting wrinkles and fine lines as well as skin repair and regeneration. It is effective in the treatment of wounds, scratches and burns and clinical research indicates that it can be used in the treatment of stretch marks. Topical Hyaluronic Acid (HA) supports hydration, firmness and elasticity making it an effective anti-ageing active. Clinical studies suggest its effectiveness in treating early stretch marks (striae rubrae). Oat Beta Glucan improves overall skin health and offers soothing, wound healing, ultraviolet radiation (UV) protection, antibacterial and antioxidant benefits as well as transepidermal water loss (TEWL) reduction. Continuous use of Oat Beta Glucan results in significant reduction of wrinkle depth and height, and overall roughness. White Tea Leaf Extract acts as a skin protectant conserving skin elasticity while offering antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. When applied topically, it can help reduce the signs of skin ageing and skin damage. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) improves tissue regeneration, strengthens the skin barrier and is a strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. It reduces the progression of skin ageing and hyperpigmentation improving wrinkles, elasticity, and skin colour. CoEnzyme Q10 maintains sufficient cellular energy levels for effective tissue regeneration and offers antioxidant protection against reactive oxygen species (ROS). Together, these 8 age-defying ingredients work synergistically to fight ageing and improve Skin Texture.

Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum
This Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum contains a carefully selected combination of 4 Hydroxy Acids to help regulate the rate of skin desquamation (Which is the natural process of shedding dead skin cells). It is specifically formulated for the most sensitive areas of the body such as bikini line, hair-bearing genital areas (mons pubis and labia majora) as well as thighs, buttocks and breasts.
Salicylic acid (Also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid or BHA) in this formula works by penetrating deep into skin’s pores to dissolve dead skin cells. Mandelic Acid and Lactic Acid (Also known as Alpha Hydroxy Acids or AHA) are gentle exfoliating agents that penetrate the skin loosening the intercellular cement (The glue that holds the skin cells together) to allow dead skin cells to fall away. Gluconolactone (Also known as Poly Hydroxy Acid or PHA) is a new generation of exfoliating agents which work similar to AHAs but gentler. Gluconolactone, Mandelic Acid and Lactic Acid have different molecular sizes allowing them to penetrate into different layers of the superficial part of the skin. Together they help increase the speed of skin cell turnover to exfoliate the dead surface skin. The addition of Allantoin soothes inflammation, whilst Propanediol and Sodium Lactate provide essential hydration and contribute to the skin’s natural barrier function. End result is effective exfoliation of the skin on multiple layers and dissolving dead skin to help resurface new younger looking skin cells..

Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel
This Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel is specifically formulated for the sensitive skin of the feminine intimate area. It is the next generation intimate wash which is sulfate, soap and fragrance free. It contains mild cleansing agents instead to avoid striping natural lipids from the surface of the skin. Skin identical Biolipids (vegetable derived) in this formula leave a protective layer after each use to strengthen the skin barrier and alleviate dryness. It also contains soothing Aloe Vera Extract and Allantoin to provide synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant benefits. The balanced pH combined with Lactic Acid ensures high compatibility with the feminine microbiome making this product gentle enough for daily use.
