Bikini Ready Routine (Cleansing Gel, Exfoliating Serum and Urea Cream)

Our Bikini-Ready Routine includes 3 products from our intimate care range which have been specifically designed with women's wellbeing in mind.

When it comes to feeling confident in your bikini, glowing skin is key! Whether you're lounging by the pool, hitting the beach, or enjoying a summer getaway, a tailored bikini skincare routine can help you achieve that radiant look. This routine focuses on exfoliating, moisturising and smoothing your skin on the bikini line as well as  thighs and buttocks so you feel your best in any swimwear. 

This routine is designed particularly for women's intimate skin to alleviate symptoms such as:

• Ingrown hairs
• Pimples
• Dry skin patches
• Rough & bumpy skin
• Flaky & scaly skin
• Irritation
• Redness
• Keratosis pilaris (KP)

For a bikini ready skin, we recommend following the below steps:

1. Cleanse intimate skin (bikini line as well as  thighs and buttocks if needed) using the Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel in the shower daily. 
2. Exfoliate by applying a thin layer of the Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum 3 times a week. Allow to dry before proceeding to the next step. 
3. Moisturise by applying the Urea Body Smoothing Cream.
4. For the remaining 4 days of the week, skip step 2 and follow steps 1&3.
5. Once desirable results are achieved, continue with once a week application (steps 1&2&3) to avoid recurrence.

Consistent use for 4 weeks is recommended for best results. Sun protection is recommended during this treatment for any areas exposed to sunlight.

Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum

This Gentle Intimate Exfoliating Serum contains a carefully selected combination of 4 Hydroxy Acids to help visibly reduce the appearance of pimples and ingrown hairs. It is specifically formulated for the most sensitive areas of the body; bikini line, hair-bearing genital areas (mons pubis and labia majora) as well as  thighs and buttocks.

Salicylic acid (Also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid or BHA) in this formula works by penetrating deep into skin’s pores to unclog and dissolve excess oil and dead skin cells to address pimples and inflammation around ingrown hair. Mandelic Acid and Lactic Acid (Also known as Alpha Hydroxy Acids or AHA) are gentle exfoliating agents that penetrate the skin loosening the intercellular cement (The glue that holds the skin cells together) to allow dead skin cells to fall away. Gluconolactone (Also known as Poly Hydroxy Acid or PHA) is a new generation of exfoliating agents which work similar to AHAs but gentler. Gluconolactone, Mandelic Acid and Lactic Acid have different molecular sizes allowing them to penetrate into different layers of the superficial part of the skin. Together they help increase the speed of skin cell turnover to clear pimples and ingrown hairs faster. The addition of Allantoin soothes inflammation, whilst Propanediol and Sodium Lactate provide essential hydration and contribute to the skin’s natural barrier function. End result is effective exfoliation of the skin on multiple layers, unclogging pores, and dissolving dead skin to help combat breakouts and ingrown hairs.

Urea Body Smoothing Cream

This Urea Body Smoothing Cream is a non-comedogenic and fast absorbing formula designed for dry, rough and bumpy skin patches on the body. The formula contains two powerhouse moisturising ingredients, Urea and Lactic Acid. They both occur naturally in our skin as part of our natural moisturising factor (NMF). They are effective humectants that hold onto water and provide deep moisturising to tackle dry, flaky and itchy skin. They are also effective keratolytic agents meaning they can help reduce dead skin build up on the surface to smoothen rough and bumpy skin. Keratolytics are especially helpful in skin conditions caused by clogged hair follicles such as Keratosis pilaris (KP) commonly known as strawberry skin or chicken skin. Colloidal Oatmeal in this formula contains lipids that nourish, moisturise and soften the skin texture to combat roughness and flakiness. These lipids re-enforce the skin barrier and replace skin's lost oils in dry and irritated skin. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help decrease itchiness and redness for an effective soothing action. Betaine in this formula is an osmoprotectant which occurs naturally in our skin and controls the right water balance in cells to protect skin cells against dehydration. Shea Butter is a naturally occurring plant oil that contains many beneficial nutrients including vitamins A, E and F as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. It effectively locks in moisture and softens the skin without clogging pores.

Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel

This Gentle Intimate Cleansing Gel is specifically formulated for the sensitive skin of the feminine intimate area. It is the next generation intimate wash which is sulfate, soap and fragrance free. It contains mild cleansing agents instead to avoid striping natural lipids from the surface of the skin. Skin identical Biolipids (vegetable derived) in this formula leave a protective layer after each use to strengthen the skin barrier and alleviate dryness. It also contains soothing Aloe Vera Extract and Allantoin to provide synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant benefits. The balanced pH combined with Lactic Acid ensures high compatibility with the feminine microbiome making this product gentle enough for daily use.
